We offer free delivery on all orders over £50.00 in value to UK mainland. Valid until 1st March 2010.

Yes. The web site displays both ex and including VAT prices at product item level. A VAT invoice will be sent with your order.

We will immediately arrange for the collection of the item by one of our carriers.
Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then despatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.

Yes, if you are interested in opening a credit account with Burdens, please download and complete a credit application form.

Please fax or post your completed application form to your nearest Burdens depot. You can find your nearest location via our depot locator map.
 

No. Once 'submit order' is clicked, your order is sent immediately to our warehouse to process for delivery. You cannot then amend or cancel the order.
